You will drive the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through installation, build lasting relationships, and work flexible hours. Competitive biweekly commissions emphasize performance and customer care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or lead generation experience; in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21+, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills needed for cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel within local market as needed and to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs.
• Handle the pipeline from prospect to install by following up with leads and consultations.
• Accurately disposition and report outcomes via CRM.
• Meet minimum sales targets as set by leadership.
