Job summary

Sunrun in California is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to self-generate leads, perform in-home presentations, and build lasting relationships with homeowners considering solar solutions.

You will manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to installation, travel within the local market, and work flexible hours to meet homeowners' schedules. Sunrun offers competitive commissions, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel within local market and work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to address customer needs.
• Must be 21+, valid driver's license, clean driving record, able to pass background check.
• Experience with an IPAD/computer and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after activation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and qualify customers' knowledge and needs.
• Follow up with leads and in-home consultations to move pipeline to installation.
• Accurately disposition and report outcomes via CRM.
• Meet minimum sales targets as set by sales leadership.
