Sunrun Inc. is hiring a Field Sales Consultant in California to generate own leads and present in-home solar solutions. You’ll connect with homeowners, qualify needs, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to installation.

The role requires travel within the local market, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. Base pay plus aggressive commissions and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales/lead generation experience; in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; travel within local market possible.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; tech-savvy with a CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments.
• Deliver an industry-leading in-home sales experience from first contact to installation.
• Conduct in-home presentations, assess needs, and build long-lasting relationships.
• Manage pipeline from prospect to install and follow up on leads.
• Accurately report outcomes via CRM.
• Meet sales targets set by leadership.
