Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of sales or lead generation experience, in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21+, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, passing driving background check.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel within local market and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with technology, uses an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications; CRM experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments.
• Provide a full sales experience from initial contact through installation and post-activation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and assess customer needs to build relationships.
• Follow up with leads and in-home consultations to move deals forward.
• Accurately report outcomes via CRM and manage the sales pipeline.
• Meet minimum sales targets set by leadership.
