Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to generate self-sourced leads and present solar options during in-home visits. You will build relationships, qualify customer needs, and guide them from first contact to installation.

An ideal candidate has 1+ year of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and is comfortable traveling within the local market. Flexible hours and weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel within local market and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and assess customers' knowledge and needs.
• Manage pipeline from prospect to install; follow up on leads and consultations.
• Dispositively report outcomes via CRM and meet sales targets.
