Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to generate in-home solar leads and present solutions to potential customers. You will build genuine connections, qualify opportunities, and guide customers from initial contact through installation.

Qualifications

• ,Minimum 1 year of sales/lead generation experience.
• Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills needed to partner cross-functionally...
• Willingness to travel within local market as needed
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Intermediate comfort with technology, IPAD/computer; CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers
• Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customer's system is turned on
• Conduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers and evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs
• Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations
• Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our CRM tool
• Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership
