Sunrun is looking for a Field Sales Consultant in California. You will self-generate leads, present in-home solar solutions, and build lasting customer relationships. Travel within the local market and flexible hours are expected to fit homeowners’ schedules.

Responsibilities include running sales appointments, reporting outcomes in the CRM, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role offers a full benefits package and competitive commissions.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel within local market and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with technology, IPAD/computer and multiple software applications (CRM a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and post-installation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and assess customer needs to build lasting relationships.
• Manage pipeline from prospect to install by following up on leads and in-home consultations.
• Accurately report outcomes via our CRM tool.
• Meet minimum sales targets as set by leadership.
