Sunrun is hiring a Field Sales Consultant to generate leads and deliver in-home presentations for solar products and services across local markets in California. You will connect with homeowners, qualify opportunities, and guide them through the solar decision process.

The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, building relationships, and meeting sales targets while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and performance incentives. Travel within the local market is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of sales or lead generation experience.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to partner cross-functionally.

Aufgaben

• Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customer’s system is turned on.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs, building productive long-lasting relationships.
• Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations.
• Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our CRM tool.
• Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership.
