Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care, a NJ DDD-approved provider, seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home and community-based therapy to adults with developmental disabilities. You will evaluate and treat language, articulation, social communication, AAC, and dysphagia per NJ DDD guidelines.

Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, developing ISP-aligned plans, documenting progress, collaborating with care teams, training caregivers, and adhering to HIPAA and DDD policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold New Jersey license as an SLP (NJ ASLP Advisory Committee).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFs and new graduates considered with supervision.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Clean criminal background check and background fingerprinting per NJ DDD.
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and person-centered goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in homes and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards, including notes and progress measures, timely submitted.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals between sessions.
• Adhere to DDD policies and privacy standards (HIPAA).
• Maintain accurate billing records consistent with DDD rates and authorizations.
• Complete required DDD trainings (Pre-Service, Danielle's Law, etc.).
