Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based services to adults with developmental disabilities in New Jersey.

The role involves evaluating and treating expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC needs, and dysphagia per NJ DDD guidelines, with an emphasis on person-centered planning and collaboration with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred; CFs/new graduates considered.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Clean criminal background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD requirements.
• Reliable transportation, valid NJ driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass DDD background checks including CRoff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in homes and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards with notes and progress updates.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
• Adhere to DDD policies and HIPAA Confidentiality standards.
• Maintain accurate billing records and authorizations.
• Complete required DDD-mandated trainings.
