Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. The SLP will evaluate and treat language, articulation, social communication, AAC, and dysphagia per NJ DDD guidelines and person-centered planning.

Qualifications

• Current NJ license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience; CFs/new grads considered.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Clean background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD.
• Reliable transportation and NJ driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop ISP-aligned plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with support coordinators, families, and the team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs.
• Adhere to DDD policies and HIPAA.
• Maintain accurate billing records per DDD rates.
