Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based speech, language, and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. The SLP will evaluate, treat, and document progress aligned with each participant's ISP and person-centered goals.

This per diem/contract role offers flexible scheduling, a self-directed caseload, and mileage considerations between visits, with NJ DDD guidelines and HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• New Jersey license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required; CFs considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards and required timelines.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
