Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based speech, language, and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey.

The role involves evaluating expressive/receptive language, articulation, social communication, AAC needs, and dysphagia per NJ DDD guidelines, with flexible scheduling and a self-directed caseload.

Qualifications

• NJ license required to practice in New Jersey.
• CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with appropriate supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; CFs considered.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Clean background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD.
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and person-centered goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards including progress notes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, caregivers and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
• Adhere to DDD policies and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Maintain billing records consistent with DDD rates and authorizations.
• Complete required DDD trainings.
