Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based services for adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. The SLP will assess and treat language, articulation, social communication, AAC needs, and dysphagia under NJ DDD guidelines and person-centered planning.

Requirements include NJ SLP licensure, ASHA CCC-SLP, a Master's in SLP, CPR/BLS, and a clean background.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Clean background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD requirements.
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and community-based speech, language, communication and swallowing services.
• Evaluate expressive/receptive language, articulation, social communication, AAC needs, and dysphagia.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and person-centered goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home/community settings and document progress.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals between sessions.
• Maintain billing records and complete required DDD trainings.
