Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. The role emphasizes evaluation and treatment of language, articulation, social communication, AAC needs, and dysphagia under NJ DDD guidelines.

You will work with families and a multidisciplinary team to implement person-centered plans, train caregivers, and ensure compliant documentation and billing in a DDD

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred; CFs/new grads considered.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Clean criminal background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD requirements.
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards with notes, progress, and outcomes.
