Empire Today is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Flooring Consultants, delivering the Empire in-home experience through expert coaching and in-field development. The role is primarily field-based, observing in-home sales interactions in real time, providing coaching, and modeling best-in-class selling techniques to drive measurable customer experience improvements and market results.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales leadership and coaching experience in a field environment.
• Proven ability to observe, diagnose and improve sales behaviors.
• Strong communication and ability to influence performance in the field.

Responsibilities

• Spend 50% of time in the field delivering structured ride-a-longs to coach for customer experience.
• Observe real-time interactions and identify opportunities to improve engagement and appointments.
• Deliver actionable coaching to strengthen customer engagement and in-home experience.
• Translate observations into targeted development plans tied to outcomes.
• Model best-in-class sales behaviors and ensure consultants reach earning potential.
• Own end-to-end in-home sales process knowledge and brand experiences.
