Job summary

Empire Today seeks a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Flooring Consultants and drive the in-home experience. You will coach in the field, model best sales practices, and observe interactions in real time to improve customer satisfaction and market results.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, accountable leadership, and the ability to influence earnings potential through field-based development and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales leadership and coaching experience in a field environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative or in-home selling processes.

Responsibilities

• In-field coaching and development of Flooring Consultants (50% field time).
• Observe and coach real-time customer interactions to improve experience and conversions.
• Own end-to-end in-home sales experience and brand standards (IHX/Home Floor Advantage).
• Translate performance data into coaching priorities and drive KPI improvements.
