Job summary

Empire Today is seeking a Field Sales Manager to serve as the subject-matter expert for driving in-home sales delivery through a designated team of Flooring Consultants. The role is primarily field-based, observing real-time interactions and providing coaching to raise customer experience and market results.

You will lead in-field coaching, sales process expertise, and performance accountability. Strong coaching, leadership, and transportation are required to succeed with a national home

Qualifications

• Two years of sales leadership and coaching experience preferred (Shop-At-Home environment preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative or in-home selling processes.

Responsibilities

• In-field coaching and development: spend 50% of time in the field conducting ride-alongs to observe, coach, and develop consultants.
• Own end-to-end in-home sales experience and the Home Floor Advantage; ensure consultants use Empire offerings and technology effectively.
• Translate performance data into actionable coaching priorities for each consultant; drive improvements in close rates and ticket size.
• Exercise decision authority to enable growth and development of Flooring Consultants during field activities.
• Lead skill-building sessions and onboarding for Flooring Consultants; reinforce learning through field observation and follow-up coaching.
