Job summary

Empire Today seeks a Field Sales Manager to lead in-home sales through a designated team of Flooring Consultants. The role centers on in-field coaching, real-time feedback, and modeling best-in-class selling techniques to drive customer satisfaction and market results.

You will observe, coach, and develop the team to consistently raise performance. The position emphasizes field-based effectiveness, brand standards, and accountability for delivering exceptional Empire experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales leadership and coaching experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative or in-home selling processes.
• Strong ability to observe, diagnose and improve sales behaviors.

Responsibilities

• In-field coaching and development: ride-alongs to improve customer experience.
• Own end-to-end sales process knowledge and execution in the field.
• Translate performance data into actionable coaching priorities for consultants.
• Provide real-time coaching during home visits and live demonstrations.
• Lead skill-building sessions and onboarding of Flooring Consultants.
