Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient/in-home rehabilitation team. You will provide therapy services to older adults in residents’ homes or in independent living facilities under a supervising Physical Therapist, with a flexible schedule across various settings.

The ideal candidate has a valid PTA license and a driver's license or reliable transportation. The role offers growth through mentorship, CEUs, and visa sponsorship support where

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PTA license in the practicing state.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Experience in in-home/outpatient rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to patient care and team conferences.
• Maintain timely documentation and scheduling adherence.
• Collaborate with rehab team to implement patient programs.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in exercises and home programs.
• Provide PTAs treatments under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Ensure equipment is clean and maintained and report repairs as needed.
