Powerback Rehabilitation To You seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation to older adults, under a licensed PT. You will travel to patients' residences or independent living settings, providing therapy in their own environments.

The role emphasizes flexibility, documentation accuracy, and collaborative care with the rehab team as you support patients in achieving independence and improved functioning.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid physical therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation in-home services to older adults.
• Evaluate and treat patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Maintain timely documentation and scheduling compliance.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy techniques and home programs.
• Deliver comprehensive PT treatments including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait training.
