• Must have a valid PTA license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patients’ residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends patient care and staffing conferences as a PTA representative under the supervising PT.
• Delivers home-based outpatient rehabilitation and coordinates with the rehab team.
• Maintains timely and accurate documentation for all patients treated.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and care plans.
