Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide outpatient rehab services in home-based settings for older adults. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, assisted living rooms, or other community settings under a supervising PT.

The role offers a flexible schedule with diverse patient environments. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, documentation, and collaboration with the rehab team to maximize functional independence and safety

Competenze

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible for licensure.
• Driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' homes.
• Ability to document clinical notes accurately and timely.
