Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation in-home for older adults.
• Work under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Maintain timely documentation for patients treated.
• Deliver PT treatments including therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy and airway clearance techniques.
