Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A combination of experience and education totaling 5 years.
• One year of full-time behavioral health experience.
• Valid AZ driver’s license and motor vehicle clearance.
• Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to individuals with Serious Mental Illness.
• Conduct assessments and develop service plans.
• Coordinate member care and monitor treatment response.
