Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor to drive home-based sales for our residential customers. You will visit homes, present heating and cooling options, and close deals with a one-call-close mentality.

We provide training and a clear path to higher earnings through an uncapped commission model. This role rewards performance with substantial upside, a company vehicle, gas card, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outside Sales, One-Call-Close, in a residential in-home environment.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, or related skilled trades experience is preferred.
• Proven sales track record and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Close sales with new and existing customers in homes.
• Drive to sales locations and meet with customers to present options.
• Build relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed budgeted sales goals with excellent customer service.
