ARS-Rescue Rooter in Colorado seeks an HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on residential, in-home sales with no HVAC knowledge required, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

You will close deals, travel to customers’ homes, present options, and build relationships to earn repeat business. This is a commission-based role with company vehicle, benefits, and ample opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or one-call-close experience in residential in-home settings.
• HVAC, plumbing or related trades experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and meet aggressive sales targets.
• Proven sales track record and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Sales driven closer that will act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
• Drive to customer homes, evaluate options, and present suitable solutions.
