Competenze

• Must have NP licensure in the state of practice.
• Board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology, Family, or Emergency nursing.
• Current CPR/BLS/ACLS certification preferred or required.

Mansioni

• Conduct adult/geriatric health assessments, documenting medical history and treatment.
• Administer or order point-of-care and lab-based tests as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers.
• Coordinate with PCP for patient education and follow-up.
