Sunrun Inc. seeks a high-performing field sales professional for in-home, consultative B2C selling. You will run warm appointments and generate local leads to build a high-volume pipeline, conducting in-home consultations and guiding homeowners from contact to signed agreements.

The role requires local travel, evening/weekend availability, and strong CRM/tech proficiency with iPads. Compensation includes base plus uncapped biweekly commissions up to six figures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of consultative B2C sales experience, in-home or direct prospecting.
• Proven track record of closing in-home deals and managing pipeline.
• 21+ with valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and local travel.

Responsibilities

• In-Home Consultations & Closing: conduct professional in-home presentations to homeowners.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: develop self-generated strategies to build a local pipeline.
• Full Pipeline Ownership: manage outreach, appointments, follow-up, and CRM documentation.
• Performance Goals: meet or exceed sales targets set by leadership.
