Job summary

Sunrun is hiring a Field Sales Consultant to generate self-driven leads and present in-home solar solutions. You will connect with homeowners, qualify needs, and manage the journey from contact to installation, ensuring a strong customer experience.

The role involves travel within the local market, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and using an IPAD/computer with various software applications, with a compensation package featuring commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel within local market as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with technology and using CRM and devices.

Responsibilities

• Generate self-sourced leads and scheduling appointments.
• Deliver in-home presentations and qualify customer needs.
• Guide customers from initial contact to installation and after-care.
• Manage pipeline from prospect to install and report outcomes in CRM.
• Meet sales targets set by leadership.
