Job summary

Help At Home, LLC seeks a Client Service Supervisor to lead client care coordination and caregiver coaching. You will manage client files, assign aides, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Travel to client homes is expected; strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role in Michigan. This position emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and building positive client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client files and paperwork.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, caregiver coaching, and escalation where needed.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to handle conflicts professionally.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Ensure confidentiality of client and agency information per HIPAA.
• Assign homecare aides based on client needs and care plan.
• Coach caregivers to ensure high-quality client care and escalate concerns.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referrals, and management.
• Attend in-home visits when needed to assess client needs.
• Submit routine department reports and maintain records of client status.
• Manage client satisfaction surveys and in-home visits to build relationships.
• Handle complaints and document issues for resolution; this role may involve reporting of critical incidents.
• Educate and coach on changes to the Plan of Care.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, aides, and referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; perform related duties as assigned.
• If area includes Developmental Disabilities, comply with applicable state regulations.
