Job summary

Help At Home, LLC in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to lead and coordinate home care services, ensuring high-quality client care and compliant operations. The role involves coaching caregivers, managing client plans, scheduling, and maintaining confidential records under HIPAA guidelines.

Travel, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration are expected to support meaningful in-home care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Medicaid/waiver/home health experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; must comply with state/local requirements.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and client confidentiality standards.
• Experience coordinating care plans and scheduling in home health settings is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork while ensuring accuracy.
• Assign Home Care Aides based on client needs and Plan of Care.
• Coach Caregivers to ensure high quality client care and escalate concerns.
• Communicate schedules with clients, aides, referrals, and management.
• Monitor client care, conduct in-home visits when needed, and update plans.
• Prepare routine departmental reports and document client condition and service.
• Maintain client satisfaction surveys and address concerns to strengthen relationships.
• Handle client complaints per policy; mandatory reporter for critical incidents.
• Educate on changes to Plans of Care and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
