Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a dedicated Care Supervisor to oversee client care coordination, staff supervision, and compliance across home health services. You will train staff, assign aides, monitor quality, and maintain confidential records in accordance with HIPAA.

Travel to client homes is part of the role, with a focus on safe, compassionate care. The position emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, experience with Medicaid/home healthcare, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; may require higher education/certification.
• Current PPD or Chest X-ray if applicable.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Medicaid/ Waiver or Home Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and employee files and related paperwork.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient/client and agency information per HIPAA.
• May provide direct training.
• Assigns homecare aides based on client needs and Plan of Care.
• Monitor performance of homecare aides to ensure quality service.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referral sources, team leads, and managers.
• Conduct in-home visits to connect with clients and caregivers.
• Prepare and submit routine departmental reports.
• Document client condition and service details accurately.
• Record client satisfaction surveys and staff trainings where applicable.
• Handle client complaints and report issues for resolution as required.
• Educate and coach on changes to the Plan of Care.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
