Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to lead client interactions, oversee care coordination, and ensure high-quality in-home care. You will supervise staff, monitor compliance, and contribute to meaningful support for clients and families.

You will coach caregivers, maintain client records in line with HIPAA, and collaborate with referrals and management to uphold service excellence. This role requires strong organizational skills and a compassionate, professional approach.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred; May require higher level of education or certification
• Current PPD or Chest X-ray if applicable
• Medicaid/Waiver or Home Healthcare experience preferred
• Other state/local requirements as applicable

Responsabilités

• Maintain clients' files and related paperwork.
• Protect confidentiality under HIPAA when handling records.
• Assign home care aides based on client needs and Plan of Care.
• Coach caregivers to ensure high-quality client care and escalate concerns.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referrals, and management.
• Prioritize client care and may conduct in-home visits to assess needs.
• Prepare and submit routine department reports.
• Document client condition and service records.
• Record client satisfaction surveys and in-home visits to address concerns.
• Handle client complaints and report significant issues; mandatory reporter for incidents.
• Provide education on changes to Plan of Care.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, aides, and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
