Job summary

Help At Home, LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks a Client Service Supervisor to oversee client files, coordinate homecare aides, and ensure high-quality, compliant care in clients’ homes.

You will coach caregivers, communicate schedules, document client conditions, handle complaints, and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources while ensuring adherence to HIPAA, state, and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regarding client records.
• Assign homecare aides based on Plan of Care.
• Coach caregivers to ensure high-quality client care; escalate concerns.
• Communicate schedules with clients, aides, referral sources, and management.
• Conduct in-home visits to assess client needs and communicate changes.
• Prepare and submit routine departmental reports.
• Document client condition and overall service.
• Record client satisfaction surveys and address concerns.
• Handle client complaints; mandatory reporter for significant issues.
• Educate and coach on changes to the Plan of Care.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, aides, and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
