Responsibilities

• Ensure HIPAA compliance for client records.
• Assign homecare aides per care plans.
• Coach caregivers to maintain high-quality client care.
• Communicate schedules with clients, aides, and management.
• Prepare and submit routine departmental reports.
• Document client condition and service details.
