Verbal Beginnings is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in their own homes, schools, and community settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect precise data, travel to clients, and collaborate with families to promote communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home-based setting.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record precise data to track each child's progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and family to ensure consistency at home.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families.
