Job summary

Verbal Beginnings seeks part-time Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and community settings. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to implement customized treatment plans and track progress in daily sessions.

Eligible applicants receive extensive training, with eligibility to pursue RBT certification, supervision hours, and support for continuing education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home travel.
• Patience and genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work both independently and within a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record precise data to track progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and families to ensure consistency.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
