Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for in-home travel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home-based setting.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record precise data to track progress.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and family to ensure skill carry-over at home.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families.
