Step Up Family Services LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to implement individualized ABA programs in home and center settings under BCBA supervision. This part-time role emphasizes 1:1 therapy with children diagnosed with ASD and developmental disabilities.

Ideal candidates support data collection, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction plans while collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client homes or centers and pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Record and maintain accurate data on client progress.
• Implement skill acquisition programs focused on communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors.
• Follow and apply behavior reduction protocols as designed by the BCBA.
• Assist with generalization of skills across environments and settings.
• Provide reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA techniques per the treatment plan.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct per BACB guidelines.
