Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy in Virginia. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, under BCBA supervision, to implement individualized treatment plans and help children communicate and gain independence.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with families, and ongoing progress updates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation required for in-home travel.
• Patience, compassion, and commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work independently and on a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home-based setting.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and inform updates.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and families to ensure consistency.
