Behavioral Health Works is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician/RBT to support children with ASD through in-home and community ABA therapy. You will track progress, implement behavior support plans, and engage with families to promote learning and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed or 6 months of experience with children with developmental disabilities or RBT certification.
• Available for at least 4 days a week, 4 hours per day after 3pm.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions.
• Access to a smartphone or device with internet to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community ABA therapy and track client progress.
• Engage with children using behavior support plans and ensure safety.
• Document sessions using electronic devices; travel between client locations.
