Job summary

WesBanco seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our in-office team at the Penco Road Banking Center. You will handle day-to-day customer interactions, process transactions accurately, and promote our banking products while maintaining security and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cash handling, sales or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Personally models the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Responsible for CSR cash drawer and balancing procedures.
• Complies with security and audit procedures.
• Keeps employee and customer information confidential in a secure location.
• Supports customers by answering calls and assisting with banking center needs.
• Meets referral goals and routes complex issues to the appropriate line of business.
• Follows up to ensure customer needs are met and develops product knowledge.
