WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service to new and existing customers and to process transactions accurately per bank policies.

The CSR is the first contact for customers and identifies referral opportunities while handling routine and more complex inquiries. The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and product knowledge, with a focus on confidentiality, security, and teamwork within the Banking Center.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Sound mathematical and analytical skills preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
