Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Manage CSR cash drawer and balance cash handling procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and customer information.
• Provide excellent customer service and identify referral opportunities.
• Answer inbound calls and support banking center sales and service needs.
• Develop working knowledge of bank products and services.
