Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Program Management, Planning and Scheduling professional to develop and maintain the IMS/PMB and drive networked workflows across scopes and contracts.

The role requires strong scheduling analytics, leadership of junior planners, and collaboration with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure credible baselines. Remote work is allowed with occasional site travel in the US.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and 8+ years of Program Planning/ Scheduling/ PM experience; or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server, or similar scheduling systems.
• Experience with complex Integrated Master Schedules and EVMS or equivalent performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of complex Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project.
• Oversee resource-loaded schedules and ensure integration across cost, schedule, and baselines.
• Develop and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedules and planning artifacts.
