Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Lead Integrated Program Scheduler to join the Ejection and Propulsion team. You will develop, integrate, and present process plans and schedules for contracts, generating strawman IMP/IMS models from proposals and SOW/CDRLs.

Qualified candidates will have a university degree with 10+ years of DoD EVMS scheduling experience, strong MS Project skills, and a track record leading cross-functional teams in complex programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience in DoD EVMS scheduling.
• Strong scheduling experience in DoD EVMS environment.
• Expertise with Microsoft Project and EVMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and integration of IMS/IMP schedules for programs of moderate to high complexity.
• Generate strawman IMS/IMP models from proposals, SOWs, and CDLRs.
• Monitor critical path, perform schedule risk analysis, and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate across Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and present integrated master plan/schedule to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
