Job summary

ADP is seeking an Implementation Team Lead for HRO Comprehensive Services. This hybrid role involves mentoring associates, guiding implementations, and providing escalations support to ensure timely, accurate deployments for clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will balance coaching with hands-on problem solving, maintain strong client relationships, and stay current on ADP policies and product changes while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a leadership/implementation role.
• Experience mentoring and developing associates for faster, more accurate deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates to promote quicker, accurate implementations and readiness.
• Provide technical support and assist with escalations and daily tasks for the Implementation team.
• Coach and train team members, share performance feedback, and ensure consistent processes across the organization.
