Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in implementation or project management.
• Minimum three years leading teams.
• College degree preferred.
• FPC/CPP/PHR/SPHR certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage budgets and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the Implementation team to meet deadlines and quality.
• Develop implementation strategies using data and client insights.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve client health issues.
• Provide coaching and development for team members.
• Prepare reports and analyze team performance.
