Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead the Implementation team in configuring client accounts and training users on our products and services.

You will drive daily activities, ensure timely delivery, and exceed client expectations with a focus on client outcomes. You will guide data-driven strategies, monitor performance metrics, and partner with executives to manage risk and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience required.
• Three+ years of people leadership experience required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• HCM certifications (FPC/CPP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the Implementation team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Model cultural behaviors such as ownership, client advocacy, teamwork and business acumen.
• Develop and drive implementation strategies using data and client experience.
• Forecast, risk assessment, backlog management, and performance metrics monitoring.
• Stabilize at-risk client business and coordinate intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with client executives and manage relationships.
